When you use LakeSail websites and applications (the “Sites”), our data processing platform products and services (the “Platform Services”) and in the usual course of business, such as in connection with our events, sales, and marketing activities (collectively, “LakeSail Services”), we use standard automated data collection tools such as Cookies, Web Beacons, and other identifiers for the purposes described below.
“Cookies” are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by a web server when you access our Sites or Services. Cookies may either be first party cookies (placed by us) or third party cookies (placed by third parties), and there are a few different types (described in the table below).

What kind of cookies do you use and what do they do?
The following is a non-exhaustive but representative list of the cookies we may use:

What other identifiers do you use and what do they do?
Certain of our Sites use Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics makes use of cookies to help LakeSail analyze how users use our Sites. The information generated by the cookies about your use of our Sites (including your IP address) and collected through Google Analytics (“Google Analytics Data”) may be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use the Google Analytics Data on behalf of LakeSail for the purpose of evaluating your use of our Sites, compiling reports for LakeSail on our Sites and providing other services to LakeSail relating to the Sites activity and internet usage. Google may also use Google Analytics Data collected to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network. You can opt-out of Google’s collection and use of the Google Analytics Data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Note that this opt-out is specific to Google’s activities and does not affect the activities of other ad networks or analytics providers that we may use.
One of the third parties we use to collect and track user statistics and trends related to our sites and services is LeadLander, Corp. through its LeadLander product offering (“LeadLander”). LeadLander’s privacy policy and how the LeadLander services operate and use data from our sites and services is available at: https://leadlander.com/privacy-policy/. As part of our use of our Sites we will install cookies onto your computer on behalf of LeadLander. You acknowledge and consent to the placement of such cookies which will collect data about your use of our site and services and other sites and services which utilize LeadLander’s services. In addition, if you provide us with personal information (including name, e-mail address, company affiliation and similar personally identifying data) we may provide this information to LeadLander so they can associate it with the cookie we have installed on your computer which will allow them to identify you on other sites which utilize the LeadLander service and share your information with the third parties who operate those sites.
What control do I have over tracking and cookies?
When you visit our Sites , depending on where you are located, we may show you a notice which tells you how and why we use certain cookies and provide you the ability to opt out of certain cookie use (other than Strictly Necessary cookies necessary to provide our Sites).
The third-party advertising partners with which we work may be members of the Network Advertising Initiative or the Digital Advertising Alliance.
